Peruvian Girl

I have followed Christine Mermoud’s art for more than 20 years. Over the years her talent never stopped increasing together with her passion and love to paint portraits of people, animals and landscapes. A few years ago I asked her to paint a little Peruvian girl with a typical hat and I was truly amazed by Christine’s reproduction of the photo I provided. The last artwork Christine painted for me, is my Southern home. She reproduced it from a pic I provided as well as my dog. Christine’s attention to details, colors and drawings are delicate and truly fascinating. I never thought I would want to have so many paintings of my friend hanging in my home but I personally enjoy all of Christine’s artwork and the personality she puts in every single of her work makes her special and her art truly different.
